Privacy Policy
Undumb is a product operated by FigLantern LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Undumb website, app, and related services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Undumb, we may collect account information such as your email address and account identifiers; workout information such as workouts, answers, results, progress, and settings; subscription information such as your plan, purchase source, subscription status, transaction identifiers, cancellations, and refunds; technical and usage information such as device or browser information, app version, IP address, diagnostics, and crash information; and communications you send us, such as support requests or feedback.
Payment details are handled by the applicable payment provider. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Undumb, save your account and progress, evaluate responses and provide feedback, manage purchases and subscriptions, send communications or reminders you request, diagnose technical problems, understand how the Service is used, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate Undumb, including with service providers that support functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, diagnostics, communications, customer support, and response evaluation. We require service providers that handle personal information for us to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect Undumb or others from fraud or security threats, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.
Analytics and website tracking
We may use analytics and measurement technologies to understand how Undumb and our public website are used. Some third parties used on our public website may collect information about activity over time and across websites or online services.
We do not currently change our practices in response to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a particular privacy choice or opt-out mechanism, we will do so.
Retention, access, and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account through controls we make available in the Service or by contacting hello@figlantern.com. We may retain limited information after deletion when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or security purposes.
Deleting your Undumb account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the platform through which they were purchased.
After account deletion, we retain only the billing records necessary to recognize subscriptions, process renewals, refunds and disputes, prevent duplicate subscriptions and ownership theft, provide billing recovery, and meet financial obligations. These may include provider customer and transaction identifiers, subscription status, and a protected ownership reference. We do not retain workout answers, Cognitive Profile data, or analytics identifiers for billing recovery. Temporary deletion-retry records are removed after 30 days. See Support for cancellation and recovery options.
Children
Undumb is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
